2. Data collected on this website

The contact form collects your name, email address, optional phone number, subject and message. Technical anti-abuse data includes your IP address and a temporary verification token. Do not send sensitive information or passwords through the form.

3. Purposes and legal basis

We use your information to respond to enquiries and take requested pre-contractual steps (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). Site security and abuse prevention rely on legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)). The privacy checkbox acknowledges this notice and does not subscribe you to marketing.

4. Recipients and retention

Messages are sent by SMTP to our contact inbox. Hosting, traffic protection and email providers process information as needed to provide their services. We do not sell your data. Correspondence is retained as needed to address your enquiry and meet applicable legal obligations. Form tokens expire after 30 minutes; temporary anti-abuse limits are kept in memory.
